Industrial Mist System


Industrial misting system generally refers to the misting which is used in the industrial field and meets the industrial paramet requirements.
The function of industrial misting system is generally cooling, humidification, dust control,odor control,disinfection, watering and so on in many industry.Industrial atomization system has high requirements on spray flow, pressure, particle size and other parameters.
The industrial misting system consists of compressed air and water(other liquid) mixed into the water vapor mister according to the ratio of water vapor. The compressed air is used to open the spring of the water vapor mister for acceleration, water is sucked into the acceleration shock chamber of the water vapor mister for crushing, and the accelerated gas is used to misting the broken water mist particles from the nozzle and act on the industrial point to achieve the purpose of cooling and humidification.
 
The industrial misting system is composed of waterway system, electrical control system, detection system, misting execution system and so on. The industrial misting system can not only be operated on site, but also realize DCS remote control.
 

The industrial misting system composition

· Waterway system (filter unit, water pump, valve bank, electromagnetic flowmeter, tube/pipe,pressure protection device)
· detection system (temperature and humidity detection, automatic)
· misting execution system (micro mist nozzle, group control box)
· Electrical control system (PLC controller, touch screen, inverter)

 

Application field:

· Dust removal and cooling of power plants, port coal terminals, railway freight yards, mines, coal mines, iron and steel plants, coal coking chemical industry and other construction sites with large dust
· Large coal yard, coal pile, storage yard, raw material yard, ore storage yard and transportation truck road misting dust, misting dust removal
· Garbage dumps, public places, and large-scale sterilization, deodorization, and epidemic prevention after natural disasters
· workshop, processing plant humidification, cooling, disinfection, etc.
