This kind of mist cooling system is simple, equipment investment and operating costs are very low, but it is easy to cause ground water, increase the humidity in the house, so special attention should be paid to the use of this kind of cooling method, generally intermittent operation, according to the actual temperature, humidity and ventilation conditions to determine the interval time and spray time, usually 45 ~ 60min interval, spray 1 ~ 2min. Roof mist spraying refers to the installation of a mist spray system on the roof, using the water film formed by the spray and the evaporation of water to achieve the purpose of cooling. Its disadvantage is that it is easy to form scale deposits, and the water consumption is large.

The high pressure mist nozzle is used to mist the water droplets into droplets with a diameter of 50 to 80μm, so that the water droplets are completely vaporized before falling to the animal or the ground surface, thereby absorbing indoor heat and achieving the purpose of cooling. The high pressure mist spray system has a good cooling effect in the fattening pig house and weaning mother pig house in summer, and the cooling range of 5℃ can also reduce the dust in the pig house.
 
Another kind of mist spray cooling system is the concentrated mist cooling system. This method is also called the concentrated mist cooling system of the boiling furnace. It is to set a spray chamber at the air inlet of the building for concentrated spray cooling, so that the movement of the droplets is similar to that of the powder particles in the industrial boiling furnace. And the fog droplets that have not evaporated can fall into the water collection tank for recycling, avoiding the problem of wetting the pig table and the ground directly in the room, and the requirements for the pump and mist spray device are also greatly reduced, the mist system is equivalent to setting a spray room on the outside of the suction mouth instead of a wet curtain, scholars have shown that the outdoor relative humidity in summer 55% ~ 60%.
 


When the temperature difference between wet and dry spheres is about 6 ° C ~ 8 ° C, the concentrated mist cooling device can reduce the air temperature entering the house by 5 ° C ~ 6 ° C, the average temperature inside the house is about 4 ° C lower than that outside the house, and the relative humidity inside the house is generally not higher than 80%. The fine mist cooling system has low investment and wide adaptability. Closed and open rooms, mechanical ventilation and natural ventilation can be used, and the use of flexible spray facilities can be used as disinfection. However, the cooling efficiency of fine fog cooling is still lower than that of wet mat, mainly because the distribution of fine fog is not uniform, and the cooling effect is not good in some Spaces due to the few distributed droplets.



In the various means of summer cooling, evaporation cooling is economic, the deficiency is that the cooling will also increase the humidity, which is determined by its cooling principle, difficult to overcome the defect, so in the humidity of the weather can not achieve a good cooling effect, so to try to play the potential of evaporation cooling within these limits, is the difficulty of evaporation cooling technology. Despite its limitations, because it can solve the main contradiction of high temperature in the summer production of agricultural buildings, and the economy is good, it is still an effective cooling means for the summer production of agricultural buildings.
